Hillier restaurant launch & rebrand

Hillier Garden Centre in Weyhill has reopened its freshly redesigned eatery under the new name Edwin & Betsy’s, paying tribute to the company’s original founders.

The rebrand marks a departure from its previous identity, Mulberry & Thyme, and forms part of Hillier’s ongoing efforts to enhance guest experiences across its garden centres.

George Hillier, chairman of Hillier, said: “This refurbishment and renaming of our Weyhill restaurant is particularly special to me, not only as chairman of Hillier, but as a fifth-generation member of the Hillier family.
