Blue Diamond Grows to 54 Stores with a new acquisition

Blue Diamond Garden Centres has completed the acquisition of Holt Garden Centre, expanding its portfolio to 54 sites.

Holt Garden Centre, located on the Kelling Estate in North Norfolk, has developed over the past nine years into an established regional retail operation, combining core horticultural sales with a broader lifestyle offering. The site has built a consistent trading profile, supported by strong customer footfall and setting.

The acquisition aligns with Blue Diamond’s strategy of growth through the purchase of established garden centres with potential for operational enhancement.

Alan Roper, Chief Executive, said the group intends to build on the existing platform at Holt, focusing on incremental improvements while maintaining its position within the local market.
